Epiroc says it has received a big order for mining gear for a significant Peruvian copper mine operated by a consortium comprising main Chinese language funding corporations and a globally recognised mining firm headquartered in Australia.
The client ordered a fleet of Pit Viper 351 floor blasthole drill rigs that can help the mine’s growth. Epiroc may even provide drilling instruments and spare elements, along with on-site technical companies, discipline help and specialised coaching packages, to make sure most efficiency of this large-scale mining operation.
The gear order is valued at round SEK210 million ($21.8 million) and was booked within the June quarter of 2026.
