Emerald Sources NL advises that it has executed two Letters of Award with MACA Mining Pty Ltd, a
wholly owned subsidiary of the Thiess Group, appointing MACA as the popular mining companies contractor for the corporate’s 100% owned Dingo Vary Gold Mission in Western Australia and 100% owned Okvau Gold Mine in Cambodia.
The Letters of Award are per the Exclusivity Settlement executed between Emerald and MACA introduced in August 2024 and are topic to closing contracts. They additional strengthen the long-standing relationship between Emerald’s administration crew and MACA, which spans greater than 20 years.
