Recovering a forgotten pockets from a backup

I’ve not too long ago discovered an previous drive that has a backup of a Bitcoin core pockets from again in 2009. Sadly I forgot all of the passwords/phrases related to it. Is it doable to in some way recuperate data from the backup information?
