Pls assist ,can’t ship out my Btc from my phantom pockets

I transferred bitcoin to my native segwit Btc pockets on my phantom Pockets account,then tried to swap or ship out my Btc and it’s displaying $0 to ship Out and Btc not accessible to swap on phantom pockets , pls assist
