H-E Elements Worldwide (HEPI), a supplier of aftermarket options for the mining and heavy tools industries, has agreed to amass considerably all of the property of Brake Provide Inc, a North American chief in aftermarket elements for heavy tools.

“This acquisition permits us to strengthen our choices and develop our footprint,” Simon Pelletier, CEO of H-E Elements, says. “By welcoming Brake Provide into the H-E Elements household, we’re combining our capabilities to supply a good wider vary of services to our clients. We’re excited to convey Brake Provide’s associates, clients, and suppliers into our organisation.”

Brake Provide, headquartered in Evansville, Indiana, specialises in key elements corresponding to cylinders, remaining drives, differentials, transmissions and full rollouts of industrial quality offroad tools. Becoming a member of H-E Elements supplies Brake Provide the chance to develop in new areas corresponding to South America, Africa and Australia, the place H-E Elements has a longtime presence, H-E Elements says.

H-E Elements is a subsidiary of Hitachi Development Equipment (HCM).
