Grasp Drilling Worldwide and Al-Rushaid Group have signed what they are saying is a landmark Joint Enterprise (JV) settlement on the Investing In African Mining Indaba Convention, in Cape City, South Africa, aiming to determine an area entity in Saudi Arabia.
The announcement of the JV occurred within the presence of His Excellency Khalid Al-Mudaifer, Vice Minister of Mining Affairs, Ministry of Business and Mineral Assets, Saudi Arabia.
The strategic partnership seems to mix Grasp Drilling’s technical expertise, worldwide know-how and cutting-edge expertise with Al-Rushaid Group’s native experience. The JV will primarily serve the mining and civils industries, with a concentrate on offering world-class providers in vertical and horizontal mechanical excavation utilizing Grasp Drilling’s fleet of property reminiscent of raiseboring, shotcreting and superior drilling applied sciences, together with the cellular tunnel borer (MTB) and shaft boring techniques (SBS).
